I know what you mean about ‘a work in progress’ notice.
Hotmail just deleted all my email before August 1. They didn’t tell me - they just did it. I had no notice to save anything I may have wanted to keep.
Now, I will try to find another place for email - like Gmail or Yahoo. I never heard that they did anything so drastic!
I think thats terrible! Never heard of such a thing!! I want to be the only one who deletes my email, don’t you??
I’m hoping that Fotki is just having problems and are not gone for good.
I use that account for saving graphic notes and info. As I go back to today’s thread heading, I notice that any graphics stored on Fotki are not showing up. That would mean that all of the other threads are missing most of my graphics.

Oh, that’s awful, Yorkie! If my e-mail were deleted....and it’s
come close a couple of times when I “lost” computers, I would
be devastated. That’s where I store all my tables and ping lists.
I do now have an external hard drive that backs it up, but it’s
still hard to remember to do it...or even HOW to do it. LOL!
I have Yahoo for a back-up when I am using someone else’s
computers and it seems to work fine.
OK girls - I was wrong about HotMail deleting my email. They have a new format, and I clicked the wrong arrow to get to the previous page. WHEW!!! I’m SO SORRY to have led you wrong! (But SO HAPPY I still have all my email!!!)
