Exactly. Obama needs a foil, just like Clinton had after 1994. That way he was able to triangulate and win in 1996 (helped by the GOP nomination of Bob Dole).
Obama was smart to take advantage of his huge majorities and muscle the commie agenda thru. He’ll never have another chance like this.
It might be bigger than that...they show they can plan long-term, and this might be an agreed setup for Hillary Clinton. The only way I can see BHO agreeing is that he doesn’t want to do the work of the office anyway.
