Is it the mortgage company that's demanding that?

Why couldn't a copy be sent to JT to sign and have it notarized? Sheesh!

That’s dumb. Mr. Geee and I have signed for houses where neither one of us were present. You just have to have your signature notarized at the other end and send it back.
