No birth certificate among passport documents
WND ^ | August 06, 2010 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 08/08/2010 8:03:11 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Passport documents for Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro recently released by the State Department did not include any birth-certificate documentation for Barack Obama, despite a memorandum in the file claiming he was born in Honolulu.

The released documents indicate Dunham's husband, Lolo Soetoro, petitioned the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the State Department in 1967 to obtain a waiver to return to the United States to rejoin his wife and her infant son, Barack Obama Jr.

A WND timeline drawn from the State Department's July 29 Freedom of Information Act release of passport documents indicates Lolo Soetoro returned to Indonesia July 20, 1966, after completing his studies at the University of Hawaii. Soetoro was required to complete a mandatory two-year residence requirement in Indonesia before he could be granted a visa to return to the U.S.

In an apparent attempt to establish the nationality of Barack Obama Jr., a person named Mix submitted a poorly typed and difficult-to-decipher memo to the file, dated Sept. 14, 1967, without identifying any official position he or she may have held with State Department at that time.

You are an "infant" until you are 18. Used to be you were an "infant" until you were 21.

"Minor" has pretty much supplanted the term in every day usage.

We’ve had FReepers assure us that it is impossible to get a passport without a birth certificate.

“He was an infant in ‘67?????!”

That’s what jumped out at me, as well. Maybe she had another kid that they are keeping under wraps.

If ANYONE believes that all documentation that has not been released is original and factual, they are idiots who don’t care. There is NO WAY a trail of phony documentation will not be the only thing ever found, as they have to protect “THE CHOSEN ONE”, in spite of the obvious that he was NOT born of two American Citizen parents and is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen”. Those who support Him and his Agenda will never stop bashing those who wonder why no records have been produced to prove his status, or his school records, or his medical records, etc. These original records have disappeared LONG before he entered the White House.

Actually, that is right. The legal application of the term INFANT means an unemancipated minor.

"infant" from Merriam-Webster:

Etymology: Middle English enfaunt, from Anglo-French enfant, from Latin infant-, infans, from infant-, infans, adjective, incapable of speech, young, from in- + fant-, fans, present participle of fari to speak...

I certainly had to provide a certified copy of my birth certificate when I applied for my passport in 1998 and again when I renewed it in 2008.

Sure. If you are an American Citizen.

Now..... if you are a foreigner, things are much different.

Foreigners don't have to follow the same laws as American Citizens.

I believe that has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt, lately.

Corsi was on the Billy Cunningham show tonight discussing this.
Plus, the new Indonesian surname now attached to Barry -Subarkah or however it’s spelled.
And this :
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=188801

A picture of a very large Barry in 3rd grade in Honolulu in 1969.
But, Barry was supposed to have been in Indonesia from 1967 to 1971.
As Corsi said nothing we know about Barry’s background makes any sense.

What century was that in. It sure wasn't in the 20th century.

No you are not an infant until you are 18. That’s ridiculous.

The size is about right. He is with an oriental, who is probably today a head shorter than Obana. However, the ears are not quite right. Don't his stoci out more? Ears do not change in their basic shape and angle to the head.

He was petitioning for a waiver to return early. Infant is more endearing than a 6 yo. Besides, who is going to check?

That is correct. Foreign born citizens have to present Certificate of Naturalization not Birth Certificate.
