I might also add that I am not for unions and really against the Teamsters. I am a rocked ribbed Conservative. I dont want to deal with thugs and threats.

notify your boss that IT WAS ONE PERSON.
NOTIFY your boss that the union is harassing you which is illegal.
have coworkers also notify the boss of unwanted contact.
your not forced to join a union and even if they win the vote you can opt out.

its very easy to stop this union crap. at my work place there is always some push and the staff just complains about the union harassment and they go away for a few years .
but get organized and work with your bosses to
stop these goon.
the unions will lie about how many people contacted them until you force them to prove it .
but the union vermin will be hiding ready to pounce thanks to thanks to the Dumbo coworker.

you can only do what you can do....its up to a simple majority IIRC to first vote to look into a union and then another vote to actually vote it in....

you may try reminding your coworkers about the bonuses and the non layoffs in tough times.....

I am forced to belong to a union and I hate it......it is what it is......

they swear they won't use union dues for politics but they find ways around it....
