My husband and I had the most amazing daschund when we were first married whom we named Thunder but his full name was Thunderation Puppy Poop Underfoot. We also had a cat named Jelly Felicitous Lucifer Rasberry Rose. The cat we have now is Bob. ... so we devolved.

I have a parakeet named Hazel Motes.
He has a good car so he doesn’t need to be justified.

Lucas, the Prince of Darkness
One of my favorites on the list: "The three-position Lucas switch--DIM, FLICKER and OFF."

We still have a working oil rig over it on the garage floor. ;-D

OMGosh! What’s wrong with me, Slings? All my cats come when they’re called, or even if their names are mentioned in conversation.
[shakes head][facepalm] I guess it’s my fault. Every time I pet, brush, or feed a cat, I repeat his name in a quiet and soothing voice. Every time they come when called, they get food, a treat, a hug and kiss, or a tummy rub.
If you do this, pretty soon you have no trouble catching them for a trip to the dreaded vet.
No apologies for my nefarious hidden agenda!
