I liked the mountains. The sheer challenge of the “circle of death” . Tres, tres dificile!
Of course Paris is always my favorite. LOVE to just drink in the city. As for the race - those cobblestone streets always make me wary. They are very slippery with the least moisture, always bumpy and rough and those repeated tight turns always leave my heart in my throat.
Sheep! LOL!
Another good moment:
“Serious Argy-bargy!”
I LOVE to drink in Paris, too... and in Rome, London, NYC, Boston...
;-)
” Lets talk favorite moments of this years Tour!”
Tourmelet. Andy S answers Albertos vicious attack.
Mano E Mano with no quarter given from either side.
I agree. I watched the entire tour, but on DVR a little late after which I read this thread. Thanks to all who maintained this thread.
If Andy had not lost the yellow jersey he would have been able to trail in Alberto's slipstream up the final mountains instead of almost doing a time trial. I think that made a big difference in the effort needed there. Contador seems to smirk all the time and I can't stand that little pointing gesture he makes on the podium.
No kidding! It's like the guy on Happy Gilmore- Shooter McGavin or something: LAME!

Thats how I see it too. Next year should be interesting with Frank S back to help Andy attack Alberto.
If I were Contador I wouldn’t be thinking # 4 was going to come easy , if at all.
Also in that article is something I hadn't heard which will dash the hopes of all of us here who'd hoped he might sign with Radio Shack:
It is unclear who Contador will race for in 2011, but Bjarne Riis's team, set to lose Schleck to a new Luxemberg squad, looks like the most likely destination for the Tour winner. Sky have already said they have no interest in signing the Spaniard.
Drat!
And Alberto's going to go with Bjarne Riis, huh? 'Mr. 60%', lol. Why doesn't that surprise me?
Really makes us wonder who RSH will nab for a true GC contender to build the team around.
Thanks, MB! Alberto decides to go w/ ‘Mr 60%’, interesting.
I wonder if SAXO will go more Spanish?
