Right up until the time that they aren't.
At 10 months the leopard is still essentially a very young animal. I’m a little concerned about what happens to the Golden when the leopard gets a little older and starts acting like one. These are two very different animals with very different assumptions. Leopards don’t run in packs.
Very cute.
Very sweet. But leopards are solitary animals. When the leopard finally becomes a full adult it will have no room in it’s life for a “buddy”. The dog may become it’s first kill.
When that cat reaches maturity, that dog won’t run fast enough to stop him from being grabbed by the throat.

Leopards in the wild (Africa at least, probably the same case in India too) LOVE dogs! Absolutely adore dogs ....as in, the taste of dog meat. In areas where dogs are near an area with leopards in the wild the dogs tend to ‘take to the trees’ quite regularly. When this leopard is an adult I hope that the bond they formed lasts, otherwise the dog will be facing the most efficient killer in the African (and Indian) wild, a cat that is capable of dragging more than its weight straight up a tree, and a very intelligent and capable animal. The dog would have no chance! Actually, less than none.
