I appreciate all your work, and I am trying to piece together the evidence that Okubo’s COLB was used to forge Obie's. I see where the date stamp could be lifted, but is their other documentation or facts not yet presented? I see she admitted she obtained her own “last year”. Did Open records requests show something?

This along with Tim Adams seems to open the door for an investigation if nothing else to investigate Hawaii Employees...I can't find out who is responsible for that, usually it is an Inspector General, I see Hawaii has an Ombudsman and an Ethics Committee(weak) and an Attorney General, can't find and Inspector General and these others don't seem to have direct responsibility for investigating employees misconduct which has a lower bar for an investigation than pure criminal inv. Anyone have any info? I realize the US Inspector General could open an Investigation on Obama as a federal employee but that seems like it won't happen.
