There is a chance that Cleopatra had some black blood in her. One of her ancestors (grandparents, I think) on one side could have been black or part-black. However, neither of her parents was black, and it is extremely unlikely that she would have been.

Likewise, Hannibal would not have been black either, just because he was from Africa. He was from North Africa and was of Semitic descent. This does not stop present-day blacks from claiming that Hannibal and later, Cleopatra were black.

There is ZERO chance for Cleopatra to be black becasue none of her grandparents were black. They were of the Ptolemiac bloodline given this Dynasty inbred to preserve their royal lines and hold onto power. Cleopatra was white of Greek lineage.
