No death penalty in Peru, at least for this type crime. Still, the thought of spending signifigant time in a Peruvian prison should be scaring the crap outta this troglodyte...

Depending on the actual decision in the case (by a court) and the circumstances that can be proved ... the sentence could be as little as 5 years ...
