Now if they could just decide what’s a healthy diet.
A mouse study? Why are they even reporting on this?
Pretty dumb study since all those items are part of a healthy diet.
Healthy diet and lifestyle:
1) The more ingredients, the better to avoid
2) Fresh fruits and vegatables are our friends
3) Starchy carbs in moderation(rice-potatoes etc)
4) Soda is a treat not a staple of ones diet
5) Avoid ‘refined’ sugar like the plague
6) meat is good for you but leaner cuts are even better
7) Avoid eating 2 hours before bed time
8) Many small meals are better than 3 large meals
9) Alcohol in moderation-—(once a week for me)
10) Exercise!!!
11) Don’t skip meals and that means breakfast
12) Coffee should be black as the night without all the cream and sugar
13) Brown bag to work
14) Lose the addiction to fast food
15) Dairy in moderation
16) Chew gum to avoid the munchies
17) Eat your meals slowly to fool your body.
18) Give your kidneys a good flushing with watermelon or cantaloupe.
19) Treat yourself once a week on something you know isn’t healthy but you love anyway-—for me—ice cream
20) Treat your body and soul the same-—a work in progress!!!
Good nutrition is the basis for a healthy life beginning with the first moments of conception to the last moment of life.
Great. Adopt their diet and reduce the risk of Alzheimers Disease but then die of malnutrition.
Bump to find later.
This is insane, they’re always telling us we need to eat more oily fish, onions, garlic, seeds, etc.
I’d eat fish every day if I could, but it’s expensive, and hard to find really fresh in stores. Never caught anything myself that didn’t taste awful.
