I am aware of this, but I still cannot understand why all this time has passed and no one (including Berg’s, WND or Orly or Lord Monckton’s investigative staff members) has been able to track down Helton Maganga who puportedly signed Lucas’ doc, (do we even know if Helton is a male or female ? handwriting appears feminine !) nor the doctor’s daughter, who supposedly is a practicing JUDGE in Africa !

Genoa. No, The bc Lucas obtained in Kenya has never been debunked in any way, by anyone. It has been entered into evidence but all cases so far have been dismissed on technicalities so the evidence was moot to the court. The others have been debunked but not the one Lucas has.

The chief administrator supposedly signing the BC did not hold the position at the time the BC was produced, and his name is misspelled.
Tonight when I make measurement of both the certificate and the foot print.
I have measured the foot print and the certificate before several times but I can't of the top of my head remember the exact dimensions. I will get the information tonight and post them to you on the thread here.
One thing that I can tell you know is that, YES, the size of the foot print is very much so consistent with the size of a new born babies foot size. Anyone, and I mean anyone, that claims anything to the contrary is either tremendously misinformed, and if they claim to be a doctor or nurse and make that claim then they are, without a doubt, an Obot or Obamanut.

I have tried many many many times to contact more than one family member of Doctor James O. W. Ang’awa.
None of the family will respond. I have tried all sorts of different methods of contact.
There is no response at all from them. Not one of them will make comment on the birth certificate or the signature.
By the way, did you know that the doctors own daughther, “Mary Ang’awa” was born in Mombasa?
A relentless troll with a vendetta against Smith and the anti-birther supporters of the troll will claim that Maganga’s name was misspelled or that he wasn't the Chief Administrator on February 19, 2009, but neither of those two claims by the troll and troll supporters has been proved.
Yes, there are newspaper inconsistencies regarding the spelling and start date for Maganga, but that proves nothing.
My own review of the newspaper stories about CPGH in Kenya show that the prior administrator, the one before Maganga, was accused of turning a blind eye to corruption in the hospital in late 2008 (doctors demanding bribes to treat patients while she did nothing) and was clearly on the way out. When the transition from her to Maganga occurred has never been properly investigated or proved. Newspaper stories don't count (If you have ever been personally involved in a newspaper story, you know what I mean).
It is also not clear who and what a “Chief Administrator” is at CPGH and that title may have been held by each of the many department heads.
Bottom line is that while many questions can be raised regarding features of the CPGH BC, none of the features have been conclusively debunked and in my view cannot be verified or debunked unless unfettered access to documents and witnesses is allowed in Kenya and that is being blocked.
Why is investigation of the CPGH BC being blocked? If BHO II was not born in Kenya, there would be nothing for Kenya authorities to hide.

I, Lucas Smith, gave several different explanations that would fit the scenario. IN ABSOLUTELY NO CASE IS THE NAME IMPOSSIBLE.
Most Obots and Obamanut finally gave up with the “Kwame” factor and moved onto other areas of debate. Though their are still many skeptics out there that post about it around the Internet.

If you, Lucas, were somehow punked and the fingerprint is the punkster’s print, he or she certainly hasn't come forward for the big laugh on sincere investigators as of now.
I have to wonder who out there (Interpol, intelligence services) might know to whom that fingerprint belongs...
Filing the document with a US federal court would almost certainly have provoked a worldwide search of convicted forger fingerprints and also potential CPMG hospital employees, I suspect, yet we have heard nothing about the fingerprint ID.

Are you a qualified fingerprint ID expert?
I’m not, but my understanding is that latent and partial print analysis using computer pattern recognition software (similar to facial recognition software) can give a forensically valuable correlation probability of ID.
The old days when you had to have a certain number of subjective “points” to make an ID are giving away to automated analysis and ID.
The bottom line is that Lucas Smith’s prints are on file and if that latent/partial print on the CPGH BC matched any of his digits or those of any of his known associates on file, I believe that we would know about it already.
