You know darn well why a Certificate of Live Birth is not accepted, it is too easy to be fraudulent without the necessary information to verify it. By the way where is your birth certificate from? Does it have hospital and doctor's name on it or were you born in a hut in Guayana by a witch doctor? Do they give out birth certificates?

I believe he was born in Kenya and if he was I don’t believe he has any claim to an Americam citizenship at all, only a Kenyan citizenship. The second paragraph of the following link is the one that applies here. Note the birth dates as to the prevailing application.

Plural marriages are legal in Kenya, therefore, his birth would be “in wedlock.” Since his mother was too young to convey auto-citizenship on him, he would be strictly a Kenyan. His mother could have submitted the correct forms to give him NATURALIZED status but that would have still disqualified him to be potus.
I don’t believe she did file the forms for his citizenship because of the fraudelent birth registration in Hawaii. I submit he isn’t an American at all but an illegal alien.
If obama was born a dual citizen then show us his birth certificate and show us the documents stating he was a british citizen at time fo birth. He cannot be potus with dual citizenship. So show us the papers and we will have him removed.
Please don’t show us Obama’s website stating the change where he got caught during his campaign and had to fess up to dual citizenship and the online BC. Neither is proof in court.

You are obviously entitled to your opinion. Equally obviously your opinion is not shared by the electoral college, by the Democratic Party, by the Republican Party by Dick Cheney, by the Supreme Court and by hoards of other less famous people.
But this has ultimately nothing to do with birth in Kenya which simply is a lie.
Previous SCOTUS decisions support “my” opinion that an NBC is one born of two American Citizen parents.
