In 1945 a black African in Kenya could request a birth certificate BUT he/she would have to supply proof (”some evidence rule”) that he/she was born in Kenya. Maybe sworn statement from family, hospital birth record, pictures,surname of Kenyan tribe might help and maybe a some form of ID.

1971 is the year birth certificates were made cumpolsory. Doesn’t mean they didn’t exist for those who demanded them.

he has shown his BC, it has been touched, scrutinized, photographed. It’s a Certificate of Live Birth, certifying a birth record on Hawaii’s Vital Statistics. He obviously can’t send a copy to every American. The Colb is the same format adopted by most States nowadays including Missouri (I let you guess why this is important).
But for once let us reverse the burden of proof. What do you feel Obama should produce to satisfy you ?
