Lucas Smith does not have the source document in his possession, only what purports to be a “certified” copy of an original 1961 document the location of which is unknown (likely in Kenya it it still exists).

OK. This is a problem which may be unresolvable.

I don't get how you think Trevor could help Lucas. As I explained, only the Kenyan authorities could satisfy US FRE requirements which is the only way the the CPGH BC could ever be used in US courts to remove Obama.

I don't know either, and that's the point. Submit a direct request to Trevor. See what *he* comes up with. What if there is a standard of proof that would be valid in NZ or Ausralia or the EU? See what I mean? Steps, little steps, but steps forward. Lateral thinking by multiple parties is amazingly productive.

There are many reasons, including possible personal safety of whose involved, why Lucas may be withholding exact details to your satisfaction and mine regarding how he came into possession of his document.

Sounds like conjecture on your part. Lucas can make a definitive statement, and he should do so, immediately.

I have a certified copy (2009) of the orginal 1961 Coast Province General Hospital birth certificate.

The certified copy I procured has the hospital 2009 admins stamp on it and also the hospitals 2009 embossed seal on it.

The birth record includes signatures from 1961 of attending doctor and supervisor of obstetrics.

I was at the hospital in 2009 and personally procured the birth certificate in the Administrative Block of the hospital.

I have done a lot in last year. WND carried my story for several weeks in 2009.

I have met and worked with Orly Taitz and Phil Berg and Charles Lincoln. (Though I am not proud to have met and worked with Orly Tiatz).

I've talked to state and federal officials in Congress (face to face).

I have filed declarations and affidavits in federal court. And on September 8th, 2009, I was in the witness room at the honorable Judge Carters courtroom in Santa Ana, CA, waiting to give my testimony.

Hello Genoa,

Last night I found my record of measurements that I made of the birth certificate in the past and also made new measurements from the birth certificate last night to make sure that I was correct.

I used a drafting ruler to make the measurements last night. I can't guarantee that these measurements are 100% accurate, that would take some sort of professional equipment to narrow it down to precise measurements.

Here is the data:

All greatest length, that is from heal to the tip of the longest extended toe (i.e., toe directly to the right of the big toe), measures 2” 14.5/16.

Distance from big toe to little toes measures 1” 7.5/16.

I have no idea exactly were a toes should be measured when speaking of width (should it be widest segment of the sole?, or should it be distance between big toe and small toe?).

I find absolutely nothing atypical about a newborn baby with a 3” foot length. On the contrary, it appears that 3 inches in very normal size for newborns.

The size of the paper is 8” x 11”

Isn't it true that the Kenya Department of Civil Registration issues copies of birth certificates, and not hospitals?

before Lucas starts one of his lengthy dissertations about how black Kenyans were only issued hospital bc’s before 1971 (which I have proven to be false, in the sense that all kenyans were entitled to a bc but obtaining one was not mandatory) can someone please convince Lucas to answer 2 just two very simple questions:

1 according to Kenyan news articles form Feb, Mar and Apr 2009 the Chief Administrator of CPGH was Jennifer Othigo. His document is signed by CA Helton Maganga, who's name is Heltan and who became CA only after Feb 19th 2009 - the dates stamped on the certificate. Why is this so ?

2 He has posted photos from rooftops in a barrio Santo Domingo to “describe African surroundings” (his own words). He has never provided the faintest evidence about his trip to Mombasa. Can some one convince him that this is necessary ?

3 And this is the silly part: can he prove he wasn't born in Mombasa ? We are no longer asking Obama to prove he was born in Hawaii, we are asking him to prove he WAS NOT born in Mombasa. Is this serious ?
Anyone can post an online fraud as Lucas has done for each one of us. Anyone can look up doctor's names on the web and insert them in the certificate.
If magically a certificate where to appear tommorrow stating that Lucas Daniel Smith was born in Mombasa TO WHAT LENGHTS WOULD LUCAS HAVE TO GO TO DEBUNK SUCH AN IDIOCY ?

Maganga and others could have easily worked in the capacity as the Administrator or used the title for Othigo in her absence, and since that is his job or title now gives credence.

You mean you measured the footprint details on your document and you made a record of all the measures ?

Why would anyone with an authentic certificate obtained at a hospital feel the need to have such a record ?

or

you have some doubts about it’s authenticity which can only mean someone gave it to you.

or

it’s just another lie to make you appear competent.
