here are the references to Jennifer Othigo as CA of CPGH before Feb 19th 2009, the date stamped above Maganga’s signature above Lucas’ document. This search was done to confirm that naming Othigo was not just an occasional mistake by some journalist.

Lucas has then searched for some source mentioning maganga as CA of CPGH BEFORE FEB 2oth 2009. He was able to find none. In fact, as he well knows the first references to Maganga as CA of CPGH are form June 2009:

Following this, and not having found any reference to Maganga CA before Feb 19th 2009, Lucas came up with a new theory: both Othigo and Maganga were CA’s on Feb 19th 2009.
Recently however I have found a document, a tender action from CPGH, which CLEARLY implies the CA of that public hospital can only be one. Here is the source, and I suggest you read it.

Look man, nobody wants your BC to be authentic more than I do. But you have failed to get it proven and publicized. Submit your evidence for peer review, just like a scientific paper, and you'll get useful feedback. You might even get (please God make it so) validation.

That was thoroughly explored by Smith and others at the time he placed the CPGH BC in evidence in federal court. If you go to Smith's “InspectorSmith” Youtube channel the extensive record of all of his investigations and solicitations of help from all and responses to sincere questions is very clear.

Trevor and anyone else following the issue couldn't have helped noticing this and could have contacted Smith if interested in helping him.

I am not a lawyer, but my understanding of the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE) is that for a foreign birth certificate it is an absolute requirement that ONLY the authorities in the issuing country, Kenya, can authenticate the original CPGH BC.

Neither Trevor, Lucas Smith nor anyone other than Kenyan authorities can meet the FRE requirement.

Without the cooperation of the notoriously tribally biased and corrupt Kenyan authorities, Smith CANNOT authenticate the CPGH BC certified image sufficiently for it to be admitted in US federal court.

In my view (as a retired CPA and CFE Certified Fraud Examiner) Lucas Smith is doing exactly what he is capable of doing with this document to the greatest extent possible and that is to attempt to validate each and every feature of the CPGH BC in a most meticulous fashion.

Time and time again claims by critics that specific features of the CPGH BC are fake have been proved false by Smith and many others (including me regarding a history of the dual date formats in Kenya). Other features remain in dispute, but to my knowledge none have been proved to substantiate a fake or a hoax.

How about a website? How about, to cover expenses, *selling* high-resolution copies of the documentation, and creating a FAQ which includes answers to questions like "Where is the proof you traveled to Africa?"

The InspectorSmith Youtube channel IS a website...a video website with over 100,000 views and voluminous comment interactions for each of his numerous videos and a topside comments section.

As we have seen with the Factcheck COLB, any digital image, including a “high resolution” image can be manipulated and proves nothing without submission of the source document to forensic examination.

Lucas Smith does not have the source document in his possession, only what purports to be a “certified” copy of an original 1961 document the location of which is unknown (likely in Kenya it it still exists).

I don't get how you think Trevor could help Lucas. As I explained, only the Kenyan authorities could satisfy US FRE requirements which is the only way the the CPGH BC could ever be used in US courts to remove Obama.

There are many reasons, including possible personal safety of whose involved, why Lucas may be withholding exact details to your satisfaction and mine regarding how he came into possession of his document.
