SNIPPET: “The City of Clovis is helping home-based businesses get new digs with a program to reduce licensing fees when they take up commercial space.

Businesses making such a move will be eligible for a one-time, two-year business license fee rebate, which can either be applied as an instant rebate, as a credit on future license fees or as a refund for the current business license fees already paid based upon proof of completion of a small business training course.”
