SNIPPET: “CASPER — After months of delay, rifle manufacturer A-Square is shooting to start training a class of workers at its new Glenrock plant in mid-September.”
SNIPPET: “Job advertisements have been placed in area newspapers. Earlier, Alphin had hoped to bring a recruiting class of five workers on board in May. He said at the time that recruits will be given two weeks of basic training, followed by advanced training.
“I’m a fanatic about individual training,” he said, adding that the more an employee understands about the work, the higher the morale, the greater the pride in workmanship and the better the teamwork.
