As I and someone else later pointed out, that is a PHOTOSHOP. It’s apparently the body of some skinny woman breast feeding a baby with Lauer’s head stuck onto it.
I should have realized this when I posted it. I usually stay away from photoshops, particularly when they are meant to pass as real.
I dunno... those look like man-hands to me.
