I just switched from Republican to Democrat (Viking Kitties secretly switched his meds)

I just switched from pro life to pro choice because I am a liberal who likes watching babies die and from pro gun to anti gun because I don't give a crap about my property or the safety of my family. I've always supported amnesty for illegal aliens. Because I profit off helping them steal identities..

Afternoon. Off on our next excursion in a few minutes - Tom’s interview for Cub Scouts summer camp staff. It’s a pain. We thought they needed staff, but it turns out it’s competitive, like a job interview. Oh, well.

Yah, me too. Just finished one painful review of a document and about to start in on another. Only 300 pages, though...

My middle grandson was staff at one of the camps in Bryce Canyon, Utah, for two years. Then the little **** didn’t go for his Eagle badge. All those years, all those achievements and no Eagle. *gah*

I got blindsided by a couple of financial tweaks that I didn’t see coming. *snif-snif*

Worse. Every remedy had hidden pitfalls. My brain is numb from this.

"I'd lend you mine, but ..."

"But what? Are you afraid I wouldn't get it back to you?"

"If I had feelings, that might have hurt them."

Yeah, right.

I'd lend you mine, but it's actually more of a gutter adze, with a shortened handle. It does fine for short chopping work, such as in a hole.

I just didn't think I would be able to get it to you in time to do any good, or any destructiveness either.

Of course, I'd be even more willing to send you a dull handsaw. Ya want it?

Nope. No garden. Heck, I’m way behind on yardwork...

Your climate lends itself to uncontrolled medieval type growth, so I can completely understand.

We've been very dry. We had 2 1/2" of rain over night Monday, and we are expecting the same again tonight.

What you need to do is put 50 lbs, of fireworks around the root, and cover them with 5 or 6, 50 lb. steel plates.

The root might survive, but it would be a hell of a show.

We’re having flash floods and generally Too Much Rain. It reminds me of 2003, the first year we lived here. Rained all summer.

It’s too bad he doesn’t just leave the planet. Then we could have some decent weather.
