I just switched from Republican to Democrat (Viking Kitties secretly switched his meds)

[history]
I just switched from pro life to pro choice because I am a liberal who likes watching babies die and from pro gun to anti gun because I don't give a crap about my property or the safety of my family. I've always supported amnesty for illegal aliens. Because I profit off helping them steal identities..

Is that a bad thing?

Tentacles would be very useful. I could reach one right out to Walmart and get ground beef, instead of having to drive.

*sigh*
By the time my posts load to Preview, I’m so far down the thread the replies don’t make any sense.
So now that things are going a little faster, I might get a post in. Somewhere.
Of course, by then, folks are off doing other things.

Monring! Or morning. Or afternoon, or whatever. I know I’m probably not in my home timezone (whatever that is), because I’m on the road again. Sitting in the lounge in Salt Lake City airport, with the guy two tables away speaking what sounds like French (but muddy - not Parisian) into his cellphone. Going for lunch soon before boarding the flight to Albuquerque.

"BTW, do you know what youre going to turn into, yet?" All of my heroes have very modest talents. That is, the characters I've created.
For the most part, their most remarkable ability is finding themselves in most curious circumstances, and somewhat miraculously surviving them.
Maybe I'm just reflecting on some of my past observations, that but for fortuitous timing, I might have been the poor wretch who got T-boned at that intersection, or been on that bus that skidded off the highway.
I've never envied any "Marvelous" ability, whether brought on by radiation or not, other than that lucky streak of being near enough to realize that you are just far enough away from getting hurt. That's a cool thing, but I don't think I can count on it in a pinch.
Almost all "super" abilities are a bit more complicated than you might think. Consider teleportation; if you can teleport, can you reconstruct your clothes if they've been torn? One ability is hardly any more difficult than the other, but that "repair" ability could be really useful.
I tend to think that teleportation, with what appears to me to be those ancillary abilities that would go along with it, would be a most valuable capability.
As they say, the safest place to be is anywhere you can say, "What was that?"

Wasatch? No.
Hot today, close to 100 and windy. Went out for a walk to see what's nearby -- hoo-boy, where the backpack covered my shirt it was wet but everything else was dry. I could almost feel the moisture being sucked out so it wasn't long until I'd ducked into a store to buy a liter of bottled water -- and that went FAST.
