I just switched from Republican to Democrat (Viking Kitties secretly switched his meds)

I just switched from pro life to pro choice because I am a liberal who likes watching babies die and from pro gun to anti gun because I don't give a crap about my property or the safety of my family. I've always supported amnesty for illegal aliens. Because I profit off helping them steal identities..

They say our heat spell may continue for a few days. It was only mid-90s here today.

If it gets hot, I might use the air conditioner a little.

I think what the matter is, is that I am air conditioned. That is to say, I like air.

When I’m driving, I like air spilling over me. It feels natural, even when the heat gets up.

There is a point though, when it starts to feel like the air exiting from an oven. That isn’t as much fun.

I don’t like the windows open when I’m driving. It’s nice that they make cars now so the driver can control all the windows!

107 in the sun right now.

Summers are for shade.

Agreed. All that sun is really hard on moss.

LOL! It killed our slime mold, too.

"All that sun is really hard on moss."

Mine is still growing vigorously.

.

Well, as vigorously as moss grows.

Figures.

I finally get a decent connection to Free Republic, and a thunderstorm rolls in.

Later.

Well, as vigorously as moss grows.

My FRiend, it can grow vigorously in the right climes. You need to spend some time in Seat(pphm -- mmph -- mmmmph)

The kudzu swallowed you in mid-post, huh?

Tom was reading Frank a book about snakes earlier, and he read, “Corn snakes are popular pets. They are easily tamed and rarely bite.” “Bad baby!” says Frank. “Big bad baby!”

Kudzu doesn’t grow up here. But never underestimate the power and speed of moss!

Sounds like a bad science fiction novel, “Power of Moss.”

Our slime mold grew up overnight. I’m not sure what to do with it. I don’t want to spread the spores everywhere.

“Power of Moss: Life in Seattle.”

A grunge-rock album? Bill talks about running away to Seattle to be a musician.

It;'s possible to be a musician in Seattle. Hey, I used to win bagpipe competitions here! (Then I became good. *\;-) There are worse places than Seattle to learn bagpipes. *\;-)

Classical piano and organ too. But you have to be student...

Other than that I dunno. You find LOTS of buskers in the oft-chilly open-air Pike Place Market; the "underground" in Toronto is at least climate-controlled...

I’m still in NC. We have another bright yellow slime mold. I think I’ll carefully remove them with the shovel, to a plastic trash bag, and then spritz the area with Sol-U-Mel.
