And like it or not, like him or not, like his politics or not, some of the greatest and most loved and most performed records in history. And if there is a better album than Blood on the Tracks, I don’t know about it and I know a shipload about American music...

If all Bob Dylan ever put out was “Blood On The Tracks”, he’d have left a bigger mark in the musical canon than Joni Mitchell. Unfortunately for Joni, he had another dozen albums (at least) just as good.
