Even IF he was born in Hawaii, NBC status in NOT met. You cannot be NBC and have dual citizenship. His parents must be citizens, with allegiance to no other nation. It was a requirement for only the President and VP. Why is that?
Nobody wants to touch that fact, it is too uncomfortable for people to accept because it is not inclusive. It would mean some citizens would not qualify.

I think he was born in Kenya, but I agree that just having an alien father proves him a non-NBC. If 0bama Sr is his actual father, listed on his actual birth certificate.
If it is proved he was born out of the US, that will be easier for people in general and courts, but the issue certainly needs to be cleared up.
