Here's a refresher on what is meant by "Post-Normal Science."

Mike Hulme, the founding director of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, revealed his intentions for the "science" he invented.

My summary:

"Because our goals are so very important, mere facts cannot be allowed to get in our way. We must fund the right scientists only. We must get the science we pay for."
