Sorry to hear that U.
I know you said last week or so you were very sick, praying for a full recovery.
Tell your sons real men go to the doctor. (Ok, if I said that to my husband he would just laugh.) What is it with you guys anyway? Ok that could be a whole another thread.
Rest. Prayers for you.

Okay, so you know SVCW personally? And you’re teaming up together to work against the LDS church? Why? Do you ever work against any other church?

- - - - - -

I know SVCW from FR and posting back and forth with her everyday. We are both Flying Inmans and fight the heresy of Mormonism here on FR, there are many of us. I fight other false churches that claim to be Christian as well. My experience is greatest in Mormonism since I was Mormon for several years.

Maybe you were offended by a bishop or some other leader in the church? Is that why you left?... Just because a leader makes a mistake doesn’t mean the whole church is wrong. I mean, the Catholic church had some pretty deranged priests, but does that mean the Catholic church is untrue? No. It only means those priests are imperfect. ... I was just gathering that you might be bitter from your “dragged into Hell without a fight” comment. Ex-communication is not a punishment; it is only a guide to help YOU repent, so YOU can be happy, not for anyone else to benefit from.

- - - - - - - -
ROFLMAO!!!!!! Your assumptions are beyond stupid and clearly show that

I wasn’t offended, I wasn’t disciplined, I wasn’t ex-communicated, I am not bitter. It was never about the leadership. LOL.

I left because I started out to prove the ‘antis’ wrong and found out it was the LDS church that was lying to me. I left because I found out the LDS church is a lie.

I resigned and they never even held a court. I CHOSE TO LEAVE THE LDS because they WERE LYING to their membership.

LDS excommunication is a form of control, one that I never experienced but can see.

My point about dragging people to hell is based upon LDS doctrine and their heresies against God, not because of some imaginary discipline you think I incurred.

And, no I do not expect a response from you.

You are correct in that just because Latter Day Saints think they are Christians, it does not make it so. Just because you think they are not Christians, however, does not make it so, either...Neither of us will always be right.

- - - - - -
Wrong. The LDS are not Christian because of their theology, not because of my say so. God says they are not Christian.

The Bible is ALWAYS right and the Bible condemns the LDS very loudly.

Stick around and you will see just HOW loudly.

I don’t know what you mean by “True Christians don’t let people be dragged into Hell without a fight...”

- - - - -
Of course you don’t. Not surprising. What i mean is that, doctrinally, the LDS is the path to a very real, very eternal Hell.

A true Christian will tell those who do not believe in the Christ of the Bible and in biblical doctrine that they are on the wrong path and what the right path is.

True Christians will fight for those who are blinded by heresy and not just leave them be, complacently, believing lies and in a false Christ.

It is your opinion that I have no “grasp” on the Bible or Christianity. You may believe that, but who says that everything you say is correct? Just because someone interprets the Bible different than you do, doesn’t mean they are always wrong, no matter what.

- - - - - - - - -
Wow. You are hitting all the pat LDS defenses. Are you working from a list?

The LDS cannot have a proper grasp of the Bible or they wouldn’t be LDS. LDS ‘proof texts’ are always taken out of context, or misinterpreted.

Who says what I believe is correct? THE BIBLE.

Scripture (as a whole) interprets scripture (verse). My ‘interpretation’ isn’t my personal one, it comes from the Bible as a whole, proper interpretation principles, a knowledge of the MSS and the original languages. I have both an academic and practical experience and knowledge of Biblical interpretation.

ALL CHRISTIANS interpret the Bible completely different from the LDS and in agreement with each other, especially on the ‘proof texts’ that the LDS use.

And it is quite rich that the LDS debate ‘interpretation factor’ and accuse Christians of not interpreting the Bible correctly when they consider the Bible to be corrupt, untrustworthy and not ‘translated correctly’.

How can the LDS claim to ‘properly interpret’ an untrustworthy book?

Perhaps you think the LDS church worships a false Christ? That is something I’ve heard time and time again, but they do worship the Father in the name of the Son, the very Son in the King James Bible. Do you worship a different Christ? If the two Christs we are referring to are from the same Bible, they are undoubtedly the same Christ. Your interpretation may be different, but those prophets all wrote about the same Christ in the Bible.

- - - - - -

Wow. You are so wrong on SO many levels.

Yes, the LDS worship a false Christ. Their own prophets admit they worship a different Christ than Christians (want the source?).

I noticed you DID NOT say you Worship Christ. To a Christian that is BLASPHEMY!! Christ is GOD and therefore due our Worship.

Christians and the LDS are not referring to the same Christ. The Christ of the Christians is not the brother of Satan, is not Created, was always God, is still God, atoned for sins on the Cross not in the Garden, and is not only one of 3 Gods.

So, the LDS do NOT woship the Christ of the Bible, they worship a different (and false) Christ.

I will back off when the LDS stop pretending and calling themselves Christian because they do not, in any way, worship Christ or even preach the Christ of the Bible.

Not expecting an answer for this either...

I do love how you once again assume that Reaganaut was ex communicated, and that being ‘offended’ is the only reason to leave the LDS.

It does ignore the fact, yet again, that sometimes people can see the light.

And the lies...

Exactly.

Please see a doctor. I went to see mine a few days ago due to feeling a bit out of sorts and had a couple of things come up. In my slightly younger days I would have toughed it out.

In this case doing such would have been a bad idea. Somethings caught early are nothing but if allowed to go on can become possibly life changing.

Living is a very manly thing to do and one moves very slowly when dead.

Let us know how it goes and we “apostates” will be praying for you...
