Ironically enough, the ONLY good thing my ex-wife did for me was to convince me to bring in a cat. I was allergic and took then then BRAND-NEW Benedryl OTC.
The ex was gone in 3 years and I had the kitties for 15 (Neysa) and then 22 years (Musica) later. And I got more love from those kitties in any given day than I did from the ex in 3 years.
Thank God the REAL (current) Mrs. FD loved the kitties as much as I. We both grieve the passing of Neysa (who passed at 18) and Musica (after Musica was 25 years old mind you) even after almost 3 years.
So the ex with no love gave me the capability to have my kitties to love and my wife to love who loved the kitties.
Life is funny that way.
And your irreverent humor is always well placed (and I LOL when I read it). You are one of those people who can’t mess up, since your intentions and heart are sweet (but always with a mischievous glint in your eye!) :)
