No, but I think you could(add sauteed potatoes). I was thinking of adding a can(or two!) of chopped green chilis next time!
Now, here we are a month into our new home and dang if it isn't still snowing. What we're used to just isn't going to play this time!
So this year we're going to have a nice beef roast, nothing fancy. We have downsized and simplified in almost every way and I am perfectly happy about that (the wife, not so much). But we're sorta strapped after the move anyhow.
An Easter table blessing, if you need one:
Easter Dinner Blessing
BEFORE THE MEAL
Leader: This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad, let us praise the Lord for his goodness. For behold, Jesus died and now lives for evermore. Alleluia!
ALL: Alleluia!
Leader: He has gone before us. Yet he is with us for all time. Alleluia!
ALL: Alleluia!
Leader: Lord, on this most holy day let your blessing rest upon us and upon our table. Strengthen us in this time together. We ask this in Jesus’ name.
ALL: Amen.
AFTER THE MEAL
Leader: Blest are you, Lord our God, who gathers us together in Jesus’ name. We thank you for sharing your life with us, both in this meal and in all the ways you sustain us, through Christ, our Risen Lord.
ALL: Amen.

I made a bunny shaped meatloaf last year.
The kids got a kick out of it.
