The true problem lies not with a lack of "entrepreneurship" in these countries. The problem is warped cultural indoctrination, which doesn't allow for economic or basic societal progress.

This "DIP-LUNACY" of obam is beyond the realm of sanity. Since when do we support "oil-rich" countries who can certainly fund their own entrepreneurship programs. How about taking those funds and supporting businesses obam is so intent on taking down.
