Clearly the doctor in PVR got this wrong. This dude was on his period.

had the flight attendant touched this guy, the airline would have been REALLY open to a real lawsuit for providing medical care by non medical personnel.

I hope the airline got its expenses as well as the win.

I hope the airline got its expenses as well as the win.

They did- according to the article, the plaintiff was ordered to pay $189 for court costs. Canadian courts have a "loser pay" rule.
