I suspect their leadership may not be all that clear-headed on the subject. ;)
Who runs the Libertarian Party, anyway?
Good question. Neal Boortz claims to be a Libertarian and knows all the players. Usually, most of their candidates have no name recognition.
William Redpath is the party chairman. He was a personal financial consultant before taking the reigns of the party. Other than Bob Barr being a figure head as their last major candidate, none of the major players in the LP are recognizable. (not counting media personalities who claim to be Libertarians).
