First, remember that FR is privately-owned. We are allowed to make article and comment contributions - indeed, that’s the success of this site - but, in the end, the owner has the final say.
That said, I am generally in favor of open discussion, provided it’s clean and tasteful ( no promoting crime, etc.) Better to “jaw-jaw” etc.
Of course, due to past incidents, the Mods probably find it simpler just to ban certain sources (Wikipedia, for example).
BTW, you’re not the only one to experience this. :-)
Thank you for your kind reply. I will take heed of it.
As for the other replies, I realize that a site has the right to control content, but I just had the feeling maybe that FR was giving the shaft too easily. There is a certain level of trust that allows one to post viable content, but I guess my complaint is that automating this process to exclude certain sources is not exactly wise. I have to wonder how in the world they came around to censoring the source I tried to use.
As for other remarks, I will just forgive them if need be. Sorry, I don’t comb through my political convictions as if I am a GOP politician. The conservative majority in my opinion is not a part of Club GOP. Republican Senators are wimps when faced by their Democratic opponents, and that is what grieves me the most. Either they are wimps or they are in bed with them.
And, nobody posts the “I’m a Lumberjack” song video.
