Listening to the radio this AM and the discussion was why can't Al Gore and the global warming hoaxers be sued for damanges for the tens of billions of dollars mispent on a huge hoax.
I frankly don’t care as much that he is sued than he should face criminal charges of fraud. He HAD to have known this was crap from the get-go.
It would be better to see his Nobel Peace Prize stripped and given to it’s rightful owner. Rush Limbaugh... They could hold a new ceremony to award him it. That would be great!!!
Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker were prosecuted for lying to people and stealing their money. What is the difference between them and Al Gore?
When everyone is a victim it is hard to establish who has standing and what court has jurisdiction.
He should be arrested and prosecuted for outright fraud.

I think these are important questions. At the very least, can we scare corporations enough that their involvement pushing this BS could result in very costly lawsuits and have them make the decisions themselves to keep their distance from it? It would be a great improvement to NOT have to see all this green marketing and advertising. (because I refuse to buy any of it, if it’s green, they see none of my green)
I think Dewey, Cheatum and Howe, out of Hahvid Skwehh, Massachusetts has the case.
