I never heard of a rainbow from the light of the moon until 40 years ago when I first moved to Maui. It was so awesome I had to pull over to the side of the road and get out of the car to look at it. Since then I’ve see many but only in Hawaii. I guess the conditions are just right for it here. By the way, for those of you that doubt the Green Flash at sunset time, I’ve seem hundreds of them. Of course the sun has to set in the ocean not over land.
