If you had it, I’d bet you’d figure out a way.

Food for thought...

One trillion (just ONE) is $1 per SECOND for 32,000 YEARS!

The real question is, how do you spend that kind of money while ensuring that as little as possible ends up in the hands of working straight white conservative males?

Who says governing isn’t hard work.

You make assinine decisions with other people’s money.

Consider the Superbowl ad that the Census Dept took out. Yup, $3.5 for a commercial about the Census - that comes to each American. People don’t rush out to buy the Census, no - the form comes to you.

Our Gov’t is going bankrupt, and the US Gov’t had the intellect to spend $3.5 Million on an ad. Here’s the kicker, those who advertize during the Superbowl get the high-ticket boxes and food/drinks. Who was in the boxes that my taxes paid for?

I remember waiting in the vistors' room at Emerson Hospital (Concord, MA, yes, that Emerson) with my wife while our daughter was undergoing minor outpatient surgery. At the time Massachusetts was experiencing a budget shortfall and looking for ways to save money. I noticed a pile of expensive-looking four-color offset printed brochures on the table, produced by the Mass. Dept. of Public Health on dealing with La Grippe in Espanol. As I held them psuedo-dramatically at arms length, in mock wonderment I asked my wife, 'Where can they cut? Where can they save even one single penny?'

What does $1 Trillion look like?

Double-stacked pallets of $100 bills, with a man at the left for relative size.

Multiply by 3+ for our national debt...
