I was in Oklahoma City on business and got up about 6:00 AM and went down to the hotel lobby to drink some coffe before heading out to the airport. I sat down on a couch and noticed the guy sitting next to me was Johnny Unitas. We talked football for about a half hour. You’re right a very nice guy with no pretensions at all.

I flew from DFW to L.A. sitting next to Terry Bradshaw. really nice guy and we had a great discussion, but the one thing he did NOT want to talk about was football.
Johnny U was the BEST of his era....but it was always a dogfight when he played Bart Starr and the Packers. (I still hate the Packers to this day).
Manning is the best of THIS era.
Nice that they both played for the Colts.
