I saw that report but still have doubts in that AT&T did not, or said they did not, give out the number of votes and where they came from.....just sayin’
I know. It was kinda embarrassing because a lot of the AT&T guys in Arkansas were selling these phones where you could do like 10 phone calls each time you dialed. AT&T distributors were holding sales events and showing people how to do it.
IIRC, one little church group got over 100,000 calls out in one session. But since AT&T was also a sponsor for AI, it went kinda hushy in a hurry.
