Maggie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D

Perhaps the AI contestants are down about Obamacare as well.... I'm sure :)
To: MagUSNRET
I think I saw Bin Laden hiding in her hair.....LOL!!
To: CASchack
The judges liked the first scream, so she throws it in every time now. Painful.I know. I keep expecting blood to spurt out of her mouth when she does it.
To: VampireStateNY
Its expected now. I think its overkill, imo.Me too.

Oh, tell me Mike didnt doWhen a Man Loves a Woman...because you know he just had a CHILD! Believe it or not--he didn't mention the baby tonight. I know, I'm shocked too :)
But he is deliberately working the Lifetime angle with his song choices.
To: skateman
Didi’s so pretty...she reminds me of Jane Seymour (when Jane was young.)
Unfortunately her performance was awful tonight.
But she gets to go on the tour. No more waitressing for awhile!

Take a good look at Paige now, cause she will be gone tomorrow.I agree. The Ferlies will save Bobby Sherman one more time this week.
"Take A Good Look At Me Now" has goodbye song written all over it anyway.

I stand by Paige, Tim and Andrew being the bottom 3 in my opinion. Mine too. Didi might sneak in there somewhere too.
To: no more apples
Good night, Apples! It’s great to have you “live” on the thread :-D

just turned local news off, state senator on raving about how happy he is over the new health care billYep. I've had enough of the Obama-gasm today.
I had enough of it two years ago.

LOL!!! Biden! I love your ping posts!!

who is that with miley in the audience? The dancer and movie producer and So You Think You Can Dance judge, Adam Shankman. And Miley's mom as well. Adam made miley's new movie and I think he loves her like a (gay) Dad.

Yes, we will be hearing “Against All Odds” tomorrow again, and I’d actually give it good odds. Poor very pretty girl — she just seems to have stopped competing, like they said.
I’d actually prefer to look at her again rather than that ludicrous poser Bobby Sherman.
But at least we won’t have to hear him sing Queen to his 13-year-old female fans again. The only thing he didn’t do today was to wear his shirt open to his navel. He is NOT appealing at all. Ugh. He can’t even sing.
And call me weird, but I too feel a huge “block” between Bauersox and the audience. She really does need to be in the moment more. No more screams from Siobhan next week, PLEEESE.
To: Yaelle
I’m with you. At least with Paige we have some chance of her pulling it together. The teeny bopper will just get more annoying.
The thing I still can’t get over is the song choices! What’s with all those 40 year old hits? There’s always one or 2 who fall into that trap. But last night was like a Golden Oldies show.
I still think Lee is the best “sleeper”. He just needs the right song. Last night was the closest he’s come to finding his niche. Should give him confidence going into next week and maybe he’ll bring his A game...I hope.

Okay... here's my current standings:
- (last week 1, NC) Siobhan - She may not be as consistent as some of the others, and she needs to change it up a little bit with song choice, but she's always entertaining. She owned the stage, but not quite the song.
- (last week 2, NC) Crystal - Really good Joplin impersonation. Dare I use the "R" word ("relevance"), however?
- (last week 3, NC) Casey - I think he should have ditched the guitar this week and worked the stage. Still very niche and needs to bring up the stage performance skills.
- (last week 6, +2) Michael - Biggest problem Mike has is that he's pretty much the same each week, but with varying levels of how well he pulls it off. This move up is more due to the others slipping than him improving all that much.
- (last week 4, -1) Didi - Not as good as last week, but there's still something about her I like -- a somewhat unique quality in her voice. If she chooses good songs and keeps her nerves in check she could go deep, but likely not all the way.
- (last week 5, -1) Lee - Competent, consistent, but still too "safe" in song choices. He needs to find some way to stand out from the crowd. He's got potential, but it needs to be unleashed.
- (last week 9, +2) Aaron - Still tends to pick songs that are "too old" for him, but he's got a pretty good voice and making the tour will be great experience for him.
- (last week 10, +2) Katie - This week's song choice wasn't the best to show off her voice, but she was finally relaxed and comfortable up there. Unfortunately for her, she'll need to improve this much almost every week to stay in. Can she? Doubtful.
- (last week 8, -1) Andrew - Just totally, totally not the same guy from auditions and Hollywood week. Biggest disappointment of the year.
- (last week 7, -3) Tim - The goofy antics might actually have saved Paige this week, but I doubt it. Still, I'd not shed a tear to see him go.
- (last week 11, NC) Paige - Rumor is, she's still searching for the pitch, because she didn't even come close to finding it last night. Poor song choice, poor arrangement, and poorly performed. Since she was already on the cusp of going home, this should be the final straw.
- Voted off #12 (my rank: 12) Lacey - Don't let the door hit you on the way out!
