LOL! Unbelievably.
Me n’ the boys were wondering about song choice: “Let It Be” for Haiti? I was going to send money, but then Kris asked me to just Let It Be, so I will.
Luckily the DVR cut Tyler “It wasn’t my fault” and his song right off.
I’d LOVE to see Adam Lambert again. I was greatly disappointed by his display at that awards show, but he is still wonderful and I have a lot of his songs. He was stupid to alienate his kid and granny fans. But hopefully he has learned that we just want him to Shut Up N’ Sing.
It sure was. They need to do a show that revisits some of these places a year later to see if things are still working.

American Idol: Ellen’s Demands Driving American Idol Producers Crazy
http://realitytvcalendar.com/shows/ai-9/news/0225-p1.html
Ellen DeGeneres is reportedly driving everyone crazy at American Idol.
Since signing her contract with Fox, the talk show host has allegedly started making demands.
Among her alleged demands: wife Portia de Rossi to sit in as a guest judge, a Mercedes and $150,000 for a new wardrobe.
Ellen is insisting that her wife, Portia de Rossi, be a guest judge in a future episode of the reality show, the source tells In Touch Weekly magazine. And thats not all shes also asking for a Mercedes, as a sign-on bonus even though shes already signed her contract.
Shes already redecorating her dressing room and driving everyone crazy with demands, the insider adds.
Another source tells the National Enquirer DeGeneres demanded $150,000 for her Idol wardrobe this year.
DeGeneres, who replaced longtime Idol judge Paula Abdul, has not commented.
LOL
Based on Ellen's performance so far, she's not in a position to demand anything. If she left the show today no one would miss her.
Why not have Simon's fiance be a guest judge? Or Kara's husband? Or Randy's wife? Any one of them probably has more musical knowledge than Ellen and her "spouse" combined.
So am I :)
I wouldn't mind seeing that spot being a different guest judge each week.
I thought the same thing.
Don’t really think it matters who went home this week..the next two weeks will clean out the rest of the trash..so, here’s the “challenge”..right now..name your top ten..the 5 guys and 5 gals who will be left...I think it’s pretty easy..there’s a lot of separation..
Guys: Casey, Andrew, Big Mike, Aaron, Lee. Girls: Katelyn, Crystal, Lily, Michelle, Siobhan.
Ellen is a dud. I expected her to be more lively—to get up and dance in the aisles, like she does on her own show.
That Rodriguez girl looked like she was ready to cut someone. Ryan stayed as far away as he could.
AAARGH! Portia di Rossi is nobody’s WIFE.
She is Ellen’s longtime companion, as my generation used to say. We had so much more dignity, sense, and discretion back then.
I’ve already sent money to Haiti through my church and through the Salvation Army.
I think I will also “Let It Be.”
Did y’all hear? Elliott Yamin (second runner-up from Season Five) was in the earthquake in Chile. He was on the sixth floor of a hotel when it happened. He’s all right, but apparently he only brought a certain amount of insulin with him and is in danger of running out.
