That’s a backdrop...not a real view. They showed the contestants earlier in the stadium.
They showed them going into a building at City Hall plaza, so it's possible that they are in a room with that view.

TV Magic! Whoda think it?
That makes sense since the Pru is the tallest building in downtown and that view looks like it from around the 25th floor of the Pru (the top is WAY above that tower).
It never occurred to me they did a Frasier Crane’s Condo (also a view that doesn’t exist).
