Do you really think it was just a coincidence that the enrollment grew during a time when our football team was having the best 10 years of our entire history?

The increase in the enrollment at Texas Tech most likely has something to do with the Top 10% Rule and the fact that the University of Texas at Austin turns away half the in-state students that apply to UT.
