Impossible to make this stuff up. We can remove a PO’d 60-year-old airhead from a plane for getting grumpy with a couple of crumb-crunchers, but can’t catch a muzzie named Farouk-whats-his-name with explosives in his drawers.

I just can’t help but feel sorry for her in this case. There have been so many times I’ve wanted to do that exact same thing to the parents who let their kids act that way in public.

If it were you or I we would get thrown in the pokey.
Apparently rich well connected people get to do what they want. I wonder if she is a lib?

....because children were running up and down the aisle and screaming.... 'Bout time somebody yelled at the children running up and down the aisles. Pay good money for First Class, I see nothing wrong with wanting the peace and quiet that should come with it.
To: ConservativeStatement
Why are kids screaming and running up and down the aisle in first class?
A good verbal lashing may very well have been the thing to set those kids on the right course for life.

I have a hard time faulting Ivana on this one.
I do not pay good money to be afflicted by the uncivilized antics of someone's misbegotten hedgegit.

Slumming on a commercial airline, what a pity.

WELL REMOVE ME TOO!!! -cause if the little brats are crossing over the “mesh” barrier into first class, I’d be mad too. Now if the kids were first class kids - I’d be “reminding” their parents that I’m not being paid to babysit THEIR children and kindly FIX the problem.

I saw her on TV the other day after the incident, and I wouldnt have known who she was. Plastic surgery has destroyed her face.
I have no problem with her asking the kids to be quiet. my only thought is that if it were any ordinary citizen , would we have been turned loose so soon, without bail?

Sounds like Ivana and several other posters could benefit from Anger management or a 12-step program, or both.

On one hand, if you’re going to yell F-bombs at the other passengers’ kids, the flight crew and the deputies, you’re probably going off the plane in cuffs.
On the other hand...an airplane aisle is not a playground.

Sorry. I'm on Ivana's side. I don't even think the airline should allow kids to annoy adults in coach. I think that parents should be required to post a bond for each crumb-cruncher that flies that would be used to reimburse travelers inconvenienced by children whose parents refuse to control them. In First Class this is inexcusable.
