Did Sheen allegedley commit a crime? Yes, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Is Sheen going to appear is court? Probably so.
Was anyone hurt? No
Is there a threat of future violence? Probably not. The judge would have held him over for a hearing.
Judges see tons of domestic cases daily. He’s no different. Just set the bond(not because he’s rich), order no contact, and set a court date.

A woman was threatened with a stabbing but unhurt? Everything you said is PROBABLY untrue or makes no sense...PROBABLY.
