Season 8 Premiers on SUNDAY NIGHT, January 17 with a TWO hour opening episode at 9 Eastern.
On Monday night we are treated to ANOTHER two hour episode again starting at 9 Eastern.
Hard to tell which way this episode will swing...back to the tough as nails UN-PC style or will we get more handwringing and Islamo-Gaia Love like last year?
Here's a little feature from the 24 website
http://www.fox.com/fod/play.php?sh=twentyfour&ep=1256696811731
This season starts off in NYC with Jack trying to establish a 'normal' life with his daughter. But...some stuff goes down at the UN and "that's when the day starts to go wrong" as Jack puts it...

What is the problem? The bracelet is off, right? But he has to wait until next Monday to get a Bandaid.

I'm just getting started! Freckles has redeemed herself (entertainment-wise). She even shook Jack to the bone,...(not to mention the Ruskie).

I was thinking Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Ohhhhh, the old “mailing the thumb in a box” trick. I thought she did the slicing to remove the bracelet.

Did she remove the bracelet? I thought it was still on...well now I have to rewind and watch that part again. When she put his hand on the brace and tightened it, I knew she was fixing to cut off something besides the bracelet. But then it still shocked me when she did exactly what I thought she was getting ready to do.

Have eaten there many times when my company was paying the prices. Always enjoyed it.
If you don't order quickly they pretty much tell you what to order. Strange place but always enjoyable and good to great food.

We need a Lost live thread, but takes so much concentration to watch it.

Well now that I've thought about it, Renee is on a mission to stop the bad guys from getting weapons-grade Pu.
And the Red Square gang would certainly think her legitimate.
Though, if we were at a movie together I might think twice about putting my arm around her.

HA. Just finished watching last night’s episodes online. Now I don’t know if I wanna go over this thread before 8:00 Pacific tonight. But I’m glad to know (freckles) is coming back.

I, like Elaine, HATED the English Patient.LOL! Me too. If I could sit through that snooze-fest, I should be able to get through Gone With The Wind at least once :)

Well night all, I took a benadryl right before 24 and now I am a little loopy. See how I just blamed that on the medicine?
