Nah! I had a similar really stupid accident. In fact, an officer witnessed it. In my case, my truck jumped a curb and physics took over and I went into a tree. I had been driving for two weeks, so am sure my panic had a lot to do with it. After making sure I was okay and asking if I were on medication or the like, I was cited with failure to control my vehicle and that was the end of it.
I hate it when they do that. Does your 'truck' have a name? If so, ask him to quit doing that.
