I'll pass on the opportunity to make a pun on someone's death, but this does bring up the question of where she went to have the work done. I kind of wonder if she went to a fly by night type cheap clinic or an Argentinian equivalent of a board certified plastic surgeon. I'm guessing the former. One of the people where I work admitted to going to south america for plastic surgery because it was so much cheaper than surgery here. (and no I don't think she looks great. She has what appear to be 38 double Ds that make her look like she's going to fall over any minute.)
Saving money is a good thing, but cutting corners where surgery is involved is not the smartest thing in the world.
