Tiger Woods Affair?: Cheating On Wife Rumors Circulate Web
The Woodward Report ^ | November 25, 2009

Posted on 11/26/2009 9:35:10 AM PST by honestabe010

At this time, it is a rumor -- unconfirmed -- and suspect at that, but word of a Tiger Woods affair is spreading quickly on the Web this morning.

One of the primary sites fueling the speculation is Media Take Out, which calls it an "explosive rumor," though carefully notes "allegedly cheating" in the headline.

Media Take Out writes, "MediaTakeOut.com just got its hands on this week's National Enquirer and it is EXPLOSIVE!!! According to them, Tiger Woods is CHEATING with a woman named Rachel Uchitel."

The rumor has since found its way to various blogs, Web sites and tweets such as this one, but again it is completely unconfirmed and highly suspect.

Actually I find sports to be part of establishing connections with family and neighbors. It’s something to talk about, an experience to share. It’s just another form of entertainment, and entertainment is a pretty normal excuse to gather friends and family for bonding time.

SPOT ON.

Ask most of these morons who their congresscritters and you’ll get a blank stare and a full drool cup.

But ask them the stats of their favorite team or jock and you can’t shut them up.

Any wonder why Western civilization is DOOMED???

Yes, really? I will tell you, no matter how beautiful a woman is, the lure of variety is greater. I've known men married to women just as beautiful as that one, and sweet-tempered, and intelligent, and supportive. They had adorable children and a pleasant home to lose. Nevertheless, they strayed. Sometimes, half the appeal is in the excitement of risk and potential loss. Sometimes it's just boredom with a body that they have now seen swollen, dripping, and smelling less-than-perfect. Whatever the explanation, a man of weak character who is not walking closely with the Lord is never going to be fully safe from the appeal of other women, and the wife is always going to have to worry.

It is insane that millions of people ignore establishing connections with their own family and neighbors except in the very artificial "world of pro sports".

Or not. Some of us are capable of deep and adequate connections with our family friends, while enjoying our local sports teams. Sorry that us failing to abide by your narrow and boring view of what matters is bothersome to you. Actually not.

I can't imagine why somebody with his money at his age would want a wife. His stock won't be any lower later on in life after all oats have been sowed.

It is the nature of men to be polygamous and women monogamous. One of the purposes of civilization is to get men to become monogamous; a losing cause because it is counter-intuitive.
