As the “Lizard Queen”, I’m sure that the Supreme Leader Anna has ‘hatched’ many, many little baby lizards, Lisa being one of millions, perhaps.
When Lisa told her mom last week that “Tyler’s the one”, I’m assuming that he will be the one to procreate and have lots and lots of Lisa’s babies on Planet Earth, and thus take over the planet that way. I’m assuming that Tyler will be killed after he’s used for this purpose (but his real human mom, the FBI gal, will save him.)

There was a plot line in the original V that had to do with hybrids.
Maybe a writers inside joke but once in a Simpson’s episode their daughter, also Lisa, stated “I AM the lizard queen”.
