you were the one who broght salvation into this:

But Salvation, saved etc. is a gift and can not be brough it is by grace no other way, all one has to do is accept the Lord’s gift! (RESTY)

Follow the logic here, Resty.

Cleanliness has to do with salvation. God is a Holy God, and cannot abide the presence of ANY sin. Our sins make us unclean and unable to be in the presence of God.

If we are unclean, then we cannot be saved, meaning returning to the presence of God the Father for eternity.

Christians believe the ONLY way we can be made clean is by the cleansing power of the Blood of Jesus Christ shed on the Cross. Thru His sacrifice (symbolized by the animal sacrifices in the OT) which is the FINAL sacrifice, we are made clean, through faith in Jesus (not works) and able to be in the presence of God. When God see Christians, he doesn’t see our sins, he sees the righteousness of Jesus Christ, the spotless lamb.

Now please answer my question. In the above quote of yours, the gift you are referring to, is it general or specific salvation (i.e. Resurrection, or the Celestial Kingdom).
